How do I register?

1) Registration will open approximately 2 weeks before classes start. Give us a call at 407-648-0001, during Registration hours (Tuesday-Saturday 11AM - 5PM). To guarantee your spot we'll need 50% of the tuition as a deposit with the balance due by the first day of class. We take Visa and Mastercard. We also take cash or check, if you'd like to come to the theater during the hours listed above.

2) Registration is done on a first come, first served basis. We cannot reserve spots before registration officially opens. Also, we cannot register students online. If you have any questions or concerns regarding classes, please e-mail SAK U director John Hunter at johnh@sak.com, but registration for a class can only be done by phone or in person.

3) Registration will remain open until the day before classes start. Classes fill up quickly, so don't wait too long.

4) Cancellation policy: You have until the end of your first class to decide if SAK U is the right fit for you. If you need to cancel anytime before then, we will gladly refund your tuition, minus a $50 administrative fee. Any cancellations after the end of the first class will not receive a refund. Deferring your tuition to a later semester is permissible.

How should I prepare for class?

1) Come see a SAK Show! Once you've had your first class at SAK you can see as many free shows as you want during the semester (when seats are available). So come on down and bring a friend! You can also check out the "Whose Line is it Anyway" TV show on ABC Family, which features SAK Alumni Wayne Brady.

2) For more information about improv and to see what is going on in the improv world we encourage you to check out the improv newsgroup alt.improvisation.comedy and the web site YESAND.COM.

3) Once class begins, wear clothes you can move in, no shorts and no sandals please. Don't be late to classes, warm up is important! Please remember we are located next to the Bob Carr Performing Arts Center and the Amway Arena, so plan accordingly for traffic during events.

4) Students missing more than 2 classes will be asked to repeat the class. Evaluations will be held the last day of classes regarding advancement to the next level.
